Dr. Jordan Boland, CEO

I grew up in Chautauqua County in the small town of Sherman, NY. I attended St. Bonaventure University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics in 2018. During my time at St. Bonaventure, I interned here at Family Dental Wellness for nearly three years, under the direction of former owner, Dr. Bernard Schneider. It was during those years that dentistry became clearly the right career for me. After Bonaventure, I attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2022.

Following dental school, I completed a residency program in general dentistry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Being a hospital-based program, I had the opportunity to collaborate with several physicians, broadening my knowledge of medicine beyond just dentistry. I treated medically complex patients in all aspects of general dentistry and gained extensive experience in dental traumas and emergencies. After completing my residency, I decided it was time to return home.

I’m a member of the American Dental Association, NYS Dental Association, Eighth District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, & the American Academy of Developmental Medicine & Dentistry. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with my friends, family, and my cat, Simba.

Along with the core values previously demonstrated at Family Dental Wellness, I strive to make the connection between overall health and dental health, educating patients on this invaluable reality.

As the new owner of Family Dental Wellness, I take great pride in maintaining the principles of which this business was built upon; compassion, respect, and a love for modern dentistry.

Rob, Registered Dental Hygienist

For over 20 years, I have built a distinguished career as a trusted and highly skilled dental hygienist.

Throughout my two decades in the field, I have developed extensive expertise in preventive dentistry, periodontal therapy, radiographic imaging, and modern hygiene technologies. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable, and fun environment for every patient I see.
I've always maintained a strong focus on continuing education, staying current with advances in dental science, infection control standards, and patient care best practices.
Aside from cleaning teeth, I own my own chocolate factory! You can ask me all about that when I see you in my chair!

Cheryl, Registered Dental Hygienist

My name is Cheryl, and I have been a dental hygienist for 33 years, beginning my career as a dental assistant. In addition to my clinical experience, I have been teaching the dental assisting program at BOCES for 18 years, where I enjoy educating and mentoring future dental professionals.

I am passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and truly love what I do. Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient has always been the most rewarding part of my career.

I joined Family Dental Wellness in March 2025 and am excited to bring my experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to a young, ambitious dentist, while continuing to provide high-quality care to every patient I serve.

Amy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, I’m Amy, a dental hygienist who loves helping people of all ages feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. My approach is gentle, educational, and always judgment-free. I specialize in preventive cleanings, gum health, patient education, and supporting patients who experience dental anxiety. I received my degree from Erie Community College and have over 20 years of experience in multiple areas of patient care.

I believe that every smile tells a story. I’m here to help yours stay healthy. Whether I’m teaching proper brushing techniques, performing periodontal therapy, or simply helping someone feel more at ease in the chair; my goal is to make dental visits positive and stress-free.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me with my family, enjoying weekend adventures, sports games, or just relaxing at home.

Reba, Dental Assistant

I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2013. I graduated from Bradford High School and completed my dental assistant training through BOCES. I am a lifelong Bradford, PA native and a proud mom of three. I have had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Boland since he became a licensed dentist, and I truly enjoy being part of a team dedicated to patient comfort and quality care. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my kids and family.

Brittany, Dental Assistant

I grew up in the Ellicottville/Great Valley area and have lived in Olean for the last 10 years. I completed the BOCES Dental Assisting program six years ago and have assisted in Cattaraugus County since. I enjoy spending time with family, pets, reading, and going to the movies.

Administrative Team

Dana, CFO | Office Manager

I am a graduate of Penn State University where I obtained a B.S. in Accounting and Management and have worked in Accounting & Finance for more than 35 years. I've lived in Chautauqua county since 1991 with my husband. We lived and raised our 2 children in Sherman, NY and currently we live near Bemus Point, NY. My husband and I enjoy snowmobiling, camping, riding motorcycle, and going to concerts or listening to live music. Our favorite activities, however, will always be spending time vacationing and making memories with our children and grandchildren. I am very excited to now be working with and supporting my son, Dr. Boland, and the wonderful team members here at Family Dental Wellness.

Kelly, Sr. Administrator | Treatment Coordinator

I am the Senior Administrator and Treatment Coordinator and have been a part of the team since 2016.

In this role, I work closely with patients to review treatment plans, discuss financial options, and answer questions regarding insurance coverage. I am dedicated to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their dental care by providing clear communication and compassionate support.

Sarah, Sr. Billing Coordinator

I am the Senior Billing Coordinator here at Family Dental Wellness and have been a part of the team since 2020.

I help keep the front desk running smoothly by supporting daily operations and assisting patients with questions about their billing and insurance. I take pride in being approachable, organized, and attentive in every patient interaction.

My focus is on providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles.

Shannon, Appointment Coordinator

I started my dental career in 1996 as a dental assistant and office manager of a private practice. After taking a few years off, I joined Family Dental Wellness as an Appointment Coordinator in 2024. I take pride in being the first face patients see when they walk through our doors. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable experience from the very first interaction—whether scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping patients feel at ease. Building positive relationships and ensuring each visit starts smoothly is something I truly enjoy.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and grandchildren making special memories.

Halie, Marketing & Promotional Director

Hi, my name is Halie! My main hobbies these days are being a mom, and a wife to my awesome husband. I'm a hairdresser & boutique owner, as well as working for my awesome brother, Dr. Boland. I love to be outside and creating awesome memories with my kids! Family is the most important thing to me, so being able to work for my brother and help his business thrive is such an honor.
